Brian Kayongo
Brian, the Founder and Group Director at B&L Kayongo Ventures Limited, Mindful Healthcare Agency, Watch Africa Studios, Lexington Consults Limited, and various other successful enterprises, has demonstrated his leadership prowess. His competencies span across Real estate, Financial Management, Investment, Leadership, Business Development, and Partnership. An avid advocate of innovation, he has also authored “The Enterprising Entrepreneur,” a book imparting his life lessons and entrepreneurial guidance. Brian has masterminded a conglomerate of businesses in Uganda and the United States, driven by the dual aim of offering employment opportunities to African talents and becoming an influential industry figure.
His brainchild, Concept Real Estate, was established to furnish economical housing solutions and real estate prospects to both the African diaspora and investors interested in US residential and commercial properties. To bring this vision to fruition across countries such as Uganda, the United States of America, UAE, UK, France, and Canada, Brian pioneered Concept Real Estate Kickstarter—a platform facilitating the realization of Concept Real Estate’s mission.
Our Team
Ephraim, an African entrepreneur, serves as a dedicated executive assistant and project manager at B&L Ventures under Br. Brian Kayongo. With 6+ years in New York's Real Estate, he offers crucial support to executive leadership as a team player. A Crypto and blockchain enthusiast, Ephraim leverages his skills to efficiently assist Mr. Brian's schedule. He plays a pivotal role in sustaining business investments for Concept Real Estate and Mindful Healthcare Agency in Uganda and the United States.
